Cheap, DVI, PS/2, USB KVM? | TechPowerUp Forums

- Both USB and PS/2 ports for mouse and kb. I've seen KVM with either PS/ 2 OR USB but not both. - Cheap, as in $50 cheap but if it can't be helped I could spend more.
